On July 17, the Ministry of Social Development posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for assistance on the design and mapping of an integrated cross-government service delivery model for adults with developmental disabilities and their families, a key part of the work on the 12 recommendations from the deputy ministers’ review. An inter-ministry team – including the ministries of Social Development, Children and Family Development, Education and Health, along with Community Living BC – will guide the work done by the RFP’s successful proponent.
