Commitment to Service Providers

Following a series of discussions with contracted service providers across the province over the summer, CLBC’s Interim CEO has distributed a message to employers that includes a series of measures to strengthen and renew this important collaboration. Commitments in the letter respond to issues that emerged from these conversations over the past couple months. Among other things, these include an ongoing commitment to continuous quality improvements and innovation that can help address emerging trends, cost pressures and opportunities facing the community living sector.
