Safeonline-pageDo you know how to be safe online? It’s a good question as more and more people are using the Internet. It can be a place where people can have lots of fun, learn new things, and connect with their friends. But people also need to “think safe to be safe” when visiting websites and posting online.

CLBC believes it is important for people who are using the Internet to know how to be safe online., our online resource about web safety, has tools and information to help educate, empower, and equip self-advocates, families and service providers with basic online safety information. On the site you can find videos about Internet safety, take the quiz to test your knowledge, read safety tips from the RCMP, and check out the information for families and service providers.  By working together, and being informed, we can all make sure we are being safe online.
