Respectful Workplace Behaviour Policy

This policy sets out expectations regarding workplace behaviour at CLBC, and establishes procedures for the reporting, investigation and resolution of complaints from employees related to workplace behaviour. It further defines and operationalizes the section of the Standards of Conduct for CLBC Employees related to workplace behaviour. It applies to all CLBC staff; for bargaining unit staff, it supplements but does not supersede the related provisions of the Collective Agreements.

The policy applies to all CLBC worksites; other locations where an employee is carrying out work duties; and work-related locations or activities such as travel, conferences, training events, and work-related social gatherings.
