Reporting: Expectations and Guidelines
CLBC relies on reporting and documentation to ensure quality services. The following are the three most important reports for direct home sharing:
- Health and Safety Checklist for Home Sharing
- Monitoring Tool for Home Sharing
- Quality of Life Report for Home Sharing
In agency-coordinated home sharing, the agencies are responsible for ensuring the quality of services provided by the home sharing providers with whom they subcontract. They can use the Health and Safety Checklist for Home Sharing and Monitoring Tool for Home Sharing provided by CLBC, or they can develop their own tools that meet or exceed these requirements. However, they must use the Quality of Life Report for Home Sharing developed by CLBC.
