Practice Model
Within an Individual Centered Assistance Network (ICAN), the PAC compliments capacity building by assisting with planning and problem-solving issues at hand, assessing the individual’s progress, and recommending realistic and attainable strategies.

The PAC adopts a least intrusive intervention model, intended to preserve the individual’s relationships and community resources, while bringing professional and clinical expertise to the team process.
