Complaints Resolution Process

April 2008 — CLBC helps you and your family plan and connect with supports and services that will assist you in meeting your goals. However, there may be circumstances where CLBC has not responded the way you or your family would like.
In these situations, you may want to have CLBC review or reconsider a decision or action, beginning with the facilitator or quality service analyst you have been working with and extending to the Chief Executive Officer where appropriate.
