Complaints Resolution

Service providers who have a concern or complaint regarding their contract or services provided that they are unable to resolve with their analyst liaison, should refer to the terms and conditions of their contract. Schedule F: Dispute Resolution Protocol outlines the steps for contracted service providers to have their concerns or issues addressed.

If a service provider is approached by an individual or family to provide assistance in making a complaint to CLBC then the service provider should access the Complaints Resolution Process to put forward the individual or family’s complaint.
