Innovation - Survey Results
Thirteen of the 21 participants completed a survey that examined person-centred thinking, planning and outcomes in their agencies.

Person-Centered Thinking Workshops
Workshops on person-centred thinking were held in Kelowna and Richmond on November 28 and 29, and November 30 and December 1, 2005. Michael Smull, who facilitated the workshops, asked participants:
  1. What did you learn?
  2. What will you try/do? Based on what you learned, what will you change/start right now?
  3. What do you think you can accomplish?
  4. What will your challenges be? What are the obstacles?
