Recreation
In partnership with the City of Kelowna's Sport and Recreation Services, CLBC is involved in a program at Parkinson Recreation Centre that enables children and adults with developmental disabilities to pursue social and recreational activities they are interested in through the support of volunteers.  CLBC and the city cost share funding of the staffing, programs, and facilities. City staff is responsible for recruiting, orienting, screening, training and matching volunteers to individuals who wish to take part in recreation activities and programs.  For more information, contact Louise Roberts-Taylor at 250-469-8784.
