VANCOUVER – This year marks the 10th anniversary of BC proclaiming October as Community Living Month, joining the nation to recognize the hard work of individuals and families who create inclusive communities and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.

Province gives $52-million boost to Community Living BC
VANCOUVER-To improve services for adults with developmental disabilities and their families, the Province has increased Community Living BC’s 2009/10 budget by $52 million, announced Rich Coleman, Minister of Housing and Social Development.
