CLBC Community Councils have a dynamic mission to encourage, inspire, lead and support inclusion and the participation of people with developmental disabilities in all aspects of the community where you live and work.
The Simon Fraser Community Council, together with CLBC staff and managers, enhances the creation of safe environments, improves access to community resources and acknowledge the gifts and contributions of people with disabilities. In addition, they help develop and promote creative solutions which improve community access and inclusion.
Members include individuals with developmental disabilities, family members, professionals from service provider agencies and business and community leaders.

Upcoming meetings
The council meets on the last Monday of each month at 5:00pm in CLBC’s Port Moody Office.
