DESCRIPTION:Teams across the province are hosting Welcome Workshops to introduce people to CLBC and show how community and other supports and services fit together in adulthood. Welcome Workshops are facilitated by a CLBC Facilitator\, a family member and self-advocate with lived experience. \nWorkshops are a series of four sessions: \n\nGetting Started\nCommunity Connections\nPlanning Choices\nThe ‘Real Deal’\n\nThis session is for people living in the Victoria area\, email Joanna.Ociepka@gov.bc.ca to register. \nOther Areas: \n\nTo register for an upcoming Welcome Workshop in your community\, contact your local CLBC office.
