Information for Agencies on offering home sharing services
Home sharing is delivered throughout the province by a network of home sharing providers that are under contract with qualified community-based agencies and under direct contract with CLBC.
To offer shared living services, agencies must go through a formal qualification process. The list of qualified suppliers is regularly reviewed and revised. Go to the BC Bid website.
Resource Guide for Service Providers
The Shared Living Resource Guide: A Toolkit of Ideas to Support Good Lives in Community is the result of a collaborative initiative between Community Living BC and the CEO Network of BC. The guide reflects three years of research, conversation, and collaboration between the many people involved with the delivery of shared living services within this province. The guide is an invaluable resource for agencies currently delivering shared living services and for those that are considering seeking to become qualified to deliver this service.

Terms and Conditions
CLBC has developed new contract documents that will replace the existing Client Service Agreement (CSA) and Component Services Schedule (CSS). The new contract documents are comprised of three key elements that together make up the complete agreement between CLBC and service providers:

- Terms and Conditions: defining the relationship between CLBC and the service provider and each party’s contractual obligations
- Schedules to Terms and Conditions: a component of the Terms and Conditions primarily governing quality and reporting requirements.
The Terms and Conditions and the Schedules to the Terms and Conditions have been standardized and will not vary from contract to contract.
The Service terms and conditions, effective May 1, 2022, are as follows:
