Privacy and Information Management

Whether you are a front-line worker, a manager, a Home Sharing provider, a behavioral consultant, an agent of an Individualized Funding contract, an administrative employee, or a respite worker, CLBC’s new online privacy training is for all employees and subcontractors of agencies who provide services to CLBC-eligible individuals.

Click here to access the Service Provider Privacy and Information Management course. (A version of the course with audio will be available soon.)

To learn more about this course, please click here to access a Question and Answer document.

Privacy breaches or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, related to services or supports for people who are funded by CLBC, must be reported to a CLBC analyst. Please refer to your agency’s policies for direction about who in your organization should make the report to CLBC, and how they should make the report.

There is no charge and the course is open to everyone.  If you have questions, please contact your local CLBC office.
