Criminal Record Check Policy – Service Delivery
The Criminal Record Check (CRC) Policy: Service Delivery explains CLBC and service provider responsibilities for criminal record reviews under the law.
The purpose is to keep CLBC-eligible individuals safe. The reviews are for specific offences (crimes) related to work with vulnerable people.
Cultural Safety Policy
