Step 1: View the introductory onboarding course

Please click here to complete a 45-minute introductory course for new CLBC hires.

Step 2: Complete your employee documentation

As a new hire, you are required to complete the documentation below to activate the payroll system and the financial approvals that go with your new position.

You can access the forms for your specific position under the headings below: Auxiliary, Regular or Excluded. (Your position type is indicated in your official offer letter / email.)

Please note that in accordance with the Criminal Records Review Act, Criminal Record Checks are required for all positions within CLBC. Successful candidates will have been sent a link and an access code to complete their criminal record check online. In addition, candidates in positions that may be required to transport vulnerable adults are required to provide a Driver’s Abstract.

Please complete and return the required employee documentation forms on your first day of work.
