Sharing Information

Read the following case study:

I was the caregiver for a person named Ashley. Ashley did not want her information shared with her mother. One day, her mother sent me a series of texts asking about what medications Ashley was being given and at what times. The tone in the texts seemed urgent, and I felt pressured to text a reply.
