The Pay Transparency Act became law in B.C. on May 11, 2023. In compliance with the Act, CLBC has published its first annual Pay Transparency Report covering April 2024 to March 2025. The report helps identify pay gaps between employees of different genders, with the goal of promoting fairness and equity across the organization.
