Welcome to the Aging Knowledge Hub.
This is a place to find aging-related resources and information for a range of topics in one, easy-to-access location. The Hub is designed to support, connect and inform individuals and their families experiencing aging-related changes. It includes resources for people CLBC supports, loved ones, caregivers, service providers, CLBC facilitators, health professionals and primary care providers. The Hub was created in partnership with community living organizations and people with lived experiences.
