The CLBC Upper Fraser Community Council is on a mission to encourage, inspire, lead, and support inclusion, ensuring people with developmental disabilities can fully participate in community life where they live, work, and play.Once of the Council’s favourite traditions is hosting an annual Fall Harvest Dance. This year’s event in Abbotsford was a huge success, brining together nearly twice as many participants to dance, enjoy snacks, and celebrate community!
