Minister Malcolmson was previously the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, and replaces Nicholas Simons as Minister of SDPR. On behalf of the CLBC Board and staff, we would like to congratulate Minister Malcolmson and thank and acknowledge Nicholas Simons for his contribution to the community living sector during his time as Minister.

Sheila Malcolmson is the MLA for Nanaimo and was elected in a by-election in 2019, and re-elected in 2020. Find more information on her background here.
