CLBC’s Annual Report, “Committed to Quality”, is now posted on-line here. This year’s report captures a number of significant accomplishments that we have worked on together over the past twelve months – including the release of CLBC’s Commitment in March. Directors of Regional Operations and our Interim CEO have now completed a series of local staff meetings across the province to discuss the Commitment and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff.
This year’s report also includes results from our annual survey of 1,200 individuals and families we serve. Here are some highlights:
- Overall, 71 per cent are satisfied or very satisfied with the services received from CLBC – an increase from 69 per cent in 2012.
- 78 per cent of self-advocates are satisfied or very satisfied with the services received from CLBC – an increase from 75 per cent in 2012.
- 78 per cent of respondents agree that the individual receiving CLBC services is well supported by his/her service provider – up from 74 per cent in 2012.
- Satisfaction levels among families of adults are trending upward on four of six service attributes compared to last year.
