Important notice for cheque payments from CLBC if Canada Post services are disrupted

CLBC is aware of a potential Canada Post strike that could take place this month. We have a plan in place to ensure that vendors who receive mailed cheques continue to receive their payments on time.

If a postal strike takes place, it may take longer than usual for you to receive payments from CLBC.

To avoid future disruptions to your payments from CLBC, we encourage you to sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), to receive electronic payments. To sign up for EFT payments, please fill out the direct deposit application form found here.

If you have any questions about the direct deposit application or your cheque payments, please contact your local office for assistance.
