Community Living BC is excited to share that we’ve launched two new social media channels: Instagram and BlueSky. Along with our existing Facebook channel, these platforms will help us connect more directly with the people we serve, families, service providers, partners, and communities across B.C. On our new channels, you can expect to find:
- Information about who we are and what we do, along with the latest CLBC news
- Stories that highlight inclusion, belonging, and the lived experiences of self-advocates, families and communities
- Resources and updates from community councils, partners, government and the sector
- A safe and welcoming space for engagement, where you can stay informed, share your voice, and help build stronger, more inclusive communities
As part of this transition, CLBC is decommissioning our X.com (formerly Twitter) account. Like many public organizations, we are stepping away from the platform due to increasing harmful content, reduced moderation, declining engagement, and an overall direction that no longer aligns with our values or supports a safe, inclusive space for our community.
We encourage you to follow us, join the conversation, and help us expand our online community.
