This past summer marked an important milestone for Phoebe Robertshaw, who moved into her first apartment after years of thoughtful planning and skill-building. 🏠🔑With support from her family and long-time CLBC Facilitator, Goli Khalafi, Phoebe worked toward her goal of living more independently — building routines, gaining confidence, and preparing for the responsibilities that come with having a home of her own.
Now settled into her new space, Phoebe is continuing to grow her independence, connect with her community, and shape the next chapter of her life. Her journey reflects the impact of inclusive communities, coordinated supports, and the belief that that everyone deserves the opportunity to belong.

This October, CLBC's Terrace office came together on the unceded ancestral territories of the Tsimshian Nation (Kitselas and Kitsumkalum) to honour space, people, and the lands that the organization serves.Staff, community members and Elders gathered to reflect, share teachings, and celebrate culture through art, stories and food.
