North Council recognizes community champions

North CC-webThe North Region Community Council (NRCC) launched an initiative this past winter to recognize individuals and organizations throughout the North who are making a difference in the lives of the people CLBC serves.  The purpose of the initiative is to raise awareness about the good work being done, and to strengthen community partnerships.

Since February, the NRCC has acknowledged the work of the following community partners in four northern communities with a letters of recognition.

Royal Bank – Pine Centre Branch, Prince George

Nechako Community Arts Council, Vanderhoof

Smithers Secondary School, Smithers

Lakeelse Dental Clinic, Terrace
