Help Shape CLBC’s New Service Provider Portal: Join the Working Group

As part of CLBC’s commitment to strengthen partnerships, modernize services, and improve how we support adults with developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives in their communities, we are developing a new Service Provider Portal.

The Service Provider Portal will be a secure online system where service providers can log in to complete tasks, submit required information and access important updates from CLBC in one place.

We are inviting service providers to express interest in joining the CLBC Service Provider Portal Working Group (SPPWG) to help shape this work.

How to Apply

Service providers interested in volunteering to be part of the SPPWG are encouraged to complete a short form by June 12, 2026: Service Provider Portal Working Group Expression of Interest. Selected participants will be contacted by June 26, 2026.

About the Service Provider Portal

The Service Provider Portal will provide a centralized, secure platform where providers can:

  • Submit Critical Incident Reports (CIR)
  • Manage Home Share information
  • Access important information, updates and resources more easily and safely.

Role of the Working Group

This group will provide input on the design, usability and workflows of the Service Provider Portal through feedback sessions and testing.

This input will help inform its development and rollout approach. Final decisions will be made by CLBC based on feasibility, policy and timelines.
