About the course
- CLBC’s online privacy training is for agency employees and subcontractors who provide services to individuals funded by CLBC.
- This includes front-line workers, managers, Home Share providers, behavioural consultants, agents of a Standard Individualized Funding contract, administrative employees, and respite workers.
- This course is free and is open to everyone.

Privacy breaches and unauthorized disclosure of personal information
Privacy breaches or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, related to services or supports for people who are funded by CLBC, must be reported to a CLBC analyst. Please refer to your agency’s policies for direction about who in your organization should make the report to CLBC, and how they should make the report.
